Star and Creator of Being Ian - Ian James Corlett


For over two decades Ian has been serving up unique voice characterizations for animation projects of every genre. His beginnings were voicing radio and TV commercials and soon found himself cast in cartoon features and series such as the EMMY- nominated craziness of “The Wacky World of Tex Avery”, “What’s With Andy?” and “Dragon Tales” to the critically acclaimed CGI series, “Beastwars”. 
 Besides working as a series/staff writer for clients like The Walt Disney Co., Nelvana, FOX Kids and Ian’s original absurd animated series which he co-created entitled “Yvon of the Yukon” hit the airwaves fall 2000 on Canada’s YTV network and immediately became the network’s #1 Canadian animated show. Ian has three original animated projects and one teen live-action project in development with U.S. and Canadian producers. Currently he is producing and story editing “BEING IAN” an animated comedy for YTV which began airing in January 2005. In short order BEING IAN also became YTV’s #1 rated Canadian program.
